Dr Pham Hoang Hien is a lecturer and researcher in the field of Business Administration, specializing in Strategic Management and Human Resource Management. He has over a decade of experience in teaching, research, and academic management at higher education institutions and research organizations in Vietnam. Throughout his career, Dr. Pham Hoang Hien has held several important academic management positions, including Deputy Director of the Institute for Educational and Business Management Research, Head of the Small and Medium Enterprise Management program, and currently Head of the Human Resource Management group and Director of the Business Strategy Department at Eastern International University.
Regarding his scientific research, Dr Pham Hoang Hien has published numerous papers in prestigious international journals listed in Scopus and Web of Science, focusing on topics such as empowering leadership, employee engagement and loyalty, human resource management in small and medium enterprises, and the application of technology in education. In his teaching, he pursues a philosophy that closely integrates theory and practice, placing the learner at the center, and focusing on developing strategic thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to apply management knowledge in the context of modern businesses.
