On July 17, the Office of Community Engagement at Eastern International University (EIU) organized a Career Talk themed “The Hidden Corners of Human Resources – Real-life Scenarios at ECCO”.

During the session, EIU alumni currently holding key positions in the Human Resources department at ECCO including Ms. Phạm Hoài An (C&B Officer), Ms. Trương Thị Mỹ Linh (Talent Acquisition Senior Officer), and Ms. Phạm Thị Hoài Thương (People Business Partner Assistant Manager) offered practical perspectives on the roles and challenges in HR through real-life case studies at ECCO. Their insights helped students better visualize career development paths and understand corporate culture.
