On June 11, Eastern International University (EIU), in collaboration with CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), organized a workshop themed “Integrated Solutions for the Workplace of the Future.” The event drew significant attention and participation from businesses, lecturers, and EIU students.
Speakers presenting at the workshop
During the workshop, three representatives from CBRE GWS Mr. Cao Minh Sang (Account Director), Mr. Phạm Văn Thái (Engineering Director), and Ms. Kiều Anh Thư (Workplace Experience Manager) shared the latest trends in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) with attending businesses, faculty members, and students. Their presentations focused on the strategic benefits of IFM for enterprises, including operational efficiency, sustainability, enhanced user experience, and adaptability to future work environments.
Students actively engaged in the Q&A session
Beyond the presentations, the workshop also created an open space for dialogue between students, lecturers, and speakers through an interactive Q&A session. Many EIU students actively raised questions to gain deeper insights into the role of IFM in corporate settings, career development trends in the field, and the essential skills needed to adapt to a rapidly evolving job market.
EIU’s continued collaboration with reputable enterprises such as CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) reflects the university’s commitment to enhancing practice oriented education. These partnerships also provide valuable opportunities for both lecturers and students to enrich their knowledge and better understand the advanced and effective operational models of today’s businesses./.
