EIU Green Giving is more than just a plant-giving initiative; it aims to:<\/strong><\/p>\n Create a greener campus \u2013 Transform EIU into an environmentally friendly space where every plant reflects collective efforts.<\/p>\n Raise environmental awareness \u2013 Help faculty, students, and the community develop a deeper appreciation for the role of greenery in daily life and learning environments.<\/p>\n Foster community engagement \u2013 Strengthen connections among university members and partners to build a more sustainable future together.<\/p>\n How to Participate<\/strong><\/p>\n Each individual or organization can contribute one or more small potted plants (Please contact the Office of Student Affairs so EIU can acknowledge the donor’s contribution).<\/p>\n The donated plants will be placed on Green Giving Tables.
